SAM Partner LOE – GDPR Version
This SAM Partner LOE – GDPR Version is a letter of engagement framework for Microsoft SAM Engagements.
Microsoft requires the SAM Partner to provide a letter of engagement (LOE) to customers to sign. The letter of engagement must include certain information. This letter of engagement framework includes sections for you to complete to address that required information.
Statement of Work for Microsoft SAM Engagement
This Statement of Work for Microsoft SAM Engagements provides a framework for the Statement of Work for Microsoft SAM Engagements.
Microsoft requires that the letter of engagement for Microsoft SAM Engagements includes a Statement of Work. That Statement of Work must include certain information. This statement of work framework includes sections for you to complete to address that required information, as well as additional sections that are likely to be needed.
The Statement of Work is prepared for use with the SAM Partner LOE. The letter of engagement (LOE) anticipates that the Statement of Work will be attached as schedule 1 and this statement of work is set up as schedule 1.
SAM Engagement Terms and Conditions
These SAM Engagement Terms and Conditions are intended to form part of the SAM Partner LOE, as schedule 3. While not a requirement of Microsoft, it is likely that SAM Partners would want to include terms and conditions in their letters of engagement.
GDPR & Data Protection Schedule
This GDPR & Data Protection Schedule is for inclusion, in the SAM Partner LOE, as schedule 4, when the GDPR applies. It includes the provisions required to be included a contract between a ‘Controller’ and a ‘Processor’ under Article 28(3) of the GDPR. It also includes the Standard Contractual Clauses – Processor which are required to be included when a transfer of Personal Data is made outside of the European Union and there is no other adequate protection (such as that the country is an approved jurisdiction).
