This SaaS Agreement is signed by both parties. A signed agreement may be needed depending on the nature of your SaaS product or the size of your customers.
The SaaS End User Agreement includes provision for a trial period (if applicable) .
Details are to be included for each customer including for example details of the hosting, the monthly uptime commitment and service credits. There is recognition of the SaaS being dependent on other services and systems that are not provided by the Supplier.
A Support Schedule is included which provides the option for Basic Support or Premium Support.
