ITagree provides Legal Agreement Solutions as-a-service for Microsoft partners and other IT suppliers, globally. We encourage customers to discuss their agreement needs with us.

PROVIDING IT AGREEMENTS RELEVANT TO YOUR BUSINESS

ITagree provides IT legal agreements-as-a-service. We want to provide you with agreements that work for your business. Agreements that say what you do and that are easy to read and understand. This makes it easier for your customers and partners to do business with you. You can either self-serve off our site or discuss your needs with us and we’ll help to decide what you need. As well as agreements, we provide resources that help you with negotiations. When agreements are negotiated, many of your customers will raise the same types of issues. These issues are recorded by us in a ‘negotiation topics register’ with a prepared response. You can also include an internal position on whether something is negotiable or not and negotiation authority levels. This means you can respond quickly when the issue is raised and finalize agreements sooner.

Customers can modify the agreements to suit their needs and get their in-house or external lawyer to review for any jurisdiction or particular use issues. The agreements are also directly useful to in-house counsel who typically do not have specialist IT law experience. Customers experience significant cost and time-saving in using this model. We have decades of experience in this specialized area.

Other customers explain the types of business issues they have, for example where lost revenue opportunities or difficulties with customers. From this we can make suggestions about their approach to agreements and what agreements they need. We help to make the connection between your business need or issue and our agreements.
