Managed Service Providers all over the world need agreements with customers that are largely the same. Customers all over the world need to understand what to expect from their supplier in the same way and suppliers experience the same types of issues. Issues and processes do not suddenly change because of the location. So it makes sense to pool the knowledge and experiences and create agreements that suit many partners, to move away from agreements that have been written for one supplier in one country.
Yes laws differ in different countries and states. But the differences don’t mean we need to start again. We work with lawyers in other countries to have our agreements modified for specified countries. We currently have agreements for use in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden (all agreements are in English language, not all agreements are available in every country).
