ITagree Step-in Beacon includes:
(a) One agreement document (Trial Agreement) as follows:
- SaaS Supply Terms (reseller, multiproduct)
plus
- SaaS Supply Order (for use with SaaS Supply Terms)
(b) Access to Beacon Forum, you can post questions about the Trial Agreement during your 30 day trial period and we respond;
(c) invite to weekly Agreement Setup Session for the Trial Agreement to be used during your 30 day trial period;
(d) access to recorded tutorial during your 30 day trial period, for agreement setup on the Trial Agreement;
(e) if you notify us within the 30 day trial period that you wish to cancel at the end of the trial period, the Trial Agreement is yours to continue using with all your customers, but without (b), (c) and (d) above, and without any of the other inclusions in the full ITagree Beacon plan

Trial subscriptions must be cancelled within 30 days of your trial start date or your plan will automatically be upgraded to a full subscription with a 12 month commitment.
At the end of your 30 day trial period (which commences when you purchase ITagree Step-in Beacon), if you have not cancelled by written notification to us your plan will automatically be upgraded to our ITagree Beacon plan and:
- you will be contacted to book your Agreement Selection Session (25 minutes) to select your four remaining agreements as part of your plan. See ITagree Beacon page on our site for full inclusions for ITagree Beacon plan;
- the Trial Agreement counts as one of the five agreements provided at the end of the trial period when the plan upgrades to ITagree Beacon. Trial agreement options are not negotiable;
- there is a remaining 11 month minimum commitment at the same monthly price as paid for your initial 30 day trial. On expiry of that 11 month period, the service auto-renews continues at that same monthly price unless you cancel.
