What types of agreements are available?
Agreements that an IT supplier needs with their customers and with partners and intermediaries. Agreements for:
• Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
• Managed Service Providers
• Professional Service Providers
• Resellers (especially CSP Partners)

What happens when I buy a subscription?

What happens when I buy an agreement subscription?
You will receive an email with links to download the agreements. You will also be able to login to your account on our site and access the agreements there. Our customer commitment applies so if an agreement does not suit your needs, we will revise or replace it, or provide a refund (conditions apply see: https://itagree.com/pages/our-commitment-to-you).

Accessing your agreements

I did not receive an email containing the product I purchased, what should I do?
If this happens get in contact with us and we will address that quickly for you: info@itagree.com.

I received the email containing the link to my purchased product but cannot open the link, what should I do?
If this happens get in contact with us and we will address that quickly for you: info@itagree.com.

Cost of agreements

How much would it cost to have an IT agreement drafted by a lawyer?
It depends on the nature the agreement but it could easily be USD $5,000 per agreement.

Exchanges and refunds

I purchased the wrong product. Can I exchange it or get a refund?
Our customer commitment applies so if an agreement does not suit your needs, we will revise or replace it, or provide a refund (conditions apply see: https://itagree.com/pages/our-commitment-to-you).

Agreement ownership

Do I own the product once I have purchased and downloaded it from you?
You can use it as often as you like while you continue to pay the monthly subscription and make it look like your own but we retain ownership of the copyright, just like licensed software.

How many times can I use an agreement?

Do I have to buy the product every time I want to use it?
No, you may use the product as many times as you like in the normal provision of your services. You are not permitted to sell the product as a template.

What format do the products come in?
The products are provided in Word .docx format.

What’s included in my subscription?

What does my subscription include?
Your subscription includes:
- Access to and the right to use the agreements in your subscription plans.
- Assistance with use if needed (support). This assistance is not legal advice.
- Agreement updates, for the agreements in your subscription plans. Agreements are updated at least once each 12 months. You are encouraged to submit feedback and any new issues you would like addressed in future updates.

Support

What sorts of assistance/support do you provide?
Support requests can be product related or non-product related.
Examples of product related support requests:
  • - Clause references are incorrect. Can occur where Customer has added or deleted clauses and not changed cross reference.
  • - The agreement provides 2 alternatives for a clause. Customer wants to know if they need to delete one of the alternatives.
  • - Customer having difficulty applying the agreement for their intended use. Vendor’s Customer Commitment applies (see paragraph 4 below), Vendor will revise or replace agreement if required.
